Export line items from a cart as a downloadable CSV file.

Exports all line items associated with the specified cartId.
The resulting CSV contains:
Cart header fieldsPrimary line itemsSecondary line items (options, charge types, etc.)
To specify multiple primary line numbers, include them as a comma-separated list in the query string:
