Change quantity

Changes the quantity characteristic of assets in a given cart's asset list. Each asset has an associated or implied quantity. This API updates that quantity. The AssetChangeQuantityRequest request parameter lists items for the API to act on. You can change the quantities of multiple assets in a single request.
