Deletes a list of AdHoc Groups from the specified cart.
Returns the result of the delete operation.

Required Fields:

• cartId (route) - required
• records (body) - must not be null or empty
• records[].Id - required to identify which groups to delete

Behavior

• Requires the EnableCartAdhocGroups feature to be enabled; returns 500 with a localized message when disabled.
• The body must be a non-empty array; every supplied Id must be a valid AdHoc Group Id that exists in the cart.
• Returns 404 when one or more Ids are not associated with the cart; otherwise deletes all and returns a per-Id success result.
