Retrieves the bundle details for a given cart ID and line number. It includes option groups, child option groups, options, and any sub-bundles.

Required Fields:

• cartId (route) - required
• lineNumber (route) - required; must be a valid integer line number

Behavior

• The lineNumber is parsed as an integer and used to resolve the bundle primary line within the cart.
• Returns the full bundle structure: option groups, nested child option groups, options, and sub-bundles.
• Access to the product configuration is enforced by the configuration access filter (403 Forbidden when not permitted).
