Syncs fields from quote to cart and re-evaluates config rule, pricing and formula for lineitems.
Supported OOTB fields to sync data from quote to cart are: Account, BillingPreferenc, BillToAccount, ShipToAccount, ExpectedStartDate, ExpectedEndDate, Location, Owner and PurchaseId
Only OOTB field - PurchaseId, is supported to sync the data from quote to cart and then to line items.

Requirements

• businessObjectId (route): required; must be a valid GUID.

• type (query): required; business object type (only "Proposal" is supported; "Collaboration Request" is not allowed).
  Behavior

• Loads the business object and its cart; a Finalized cart is set to Saved and its child objects removed, otherwise the latest activated cart is used.

• When cart versioning is enabled, the latest cart must not be Finalized; a finalized cart cannot be reactivated (relaunch is required).

• Copies values from the business object, sets a new ActivationDate, runs the before-cart-creation lifecycle callback, updates the cart, and re-processes line items when present.
  Processing Order

1. Validate businessObjectId (GUID) and business object type.
2. Resolve the cart to reactivate (Finalized -> Saved, else latest activated).
3. Sync business object fields, run lifecycle callback, and update the cart.
4. Re-initialize the cart and re-process line items, then return an acknowledgement.
