Creates one or more adjustments.

Mandatory Fields (each adjustment):

• LineItemId - links the adjustment to a specific line item
• AdjustmentType and AdjustmentAmount - both required together when applying an adjustment

Required Fields:

• cartId (route) - required
• adjustmentLineItems (body) - must not be null or empty

Behavior

• The body must be a non-empty array; an empty or null list returns 400 Bad Request.
• Adjustments are applied to the referenced line items and the cart is re-priced asynchronously (202 Accepted while processing).
• Access to the product configuration is enforced by the configuration access filter (403 Forbidden when not permitted).
