Updates an incentive on a given cart.

Mandatory Fields:

incentive.Codes - must not be null or empty; all entries must be non-blank

Required Fields:

cartId (route) - required
incentive (body) - required

200 OK: the incentive was updated on the cart.
400 Bad Request: the request payload is invalid.
500 Internal Server Error: an unexpected error occurred.
