Edits one or more existing custom billing plans. Supports two modes per request:
BusinessObjectType cannot be changed after creation.
Only fields provided in the request are updated; omitted fields retain their existing values.
The BusinessObjectType determines how line items and context are resolved:
Product Configuration (cart), Quote (proposal), or Order.
