Create product attribute rules

Creates one or more attribute rules along with attribute rule condition for each attribute rule, based on the details provided in the request body.

Each attribute rule can have only one attribute rule condition. The attribute rule condition can be defined using product scope or condition criteria.
When executed, the API returns the structure of the attribute rule.
