Gets a list of split criteria setups based on the provided query parameters.

https://rls.congacloud.com/api/order/v1/split-criteria

Returns only split criteria setups whose RecordType is 'Order'; criteria belonging to other record
types are never returned by this endpoint. When no sort is supplied, results are sorted by
CreatedDate in descending order (newest first).

Returns 204 No Content when no split criteria setup matches the query.
