Clones one or multiple usage inputs with the following behavior:

• Cloned records receive new unique IDs
• Regardless of source Rating Status, cloned records will be in 'Loaded' or 'Draft' status based on source status
• Auto Number fields (OOTB), Rating Message, Draft Rated Amount, and Rated Amount are not copied
• If a source record is in Draft or Error status, the clone will be Draft
• If a source record is in Loaded, Rated, or Unrated status, the clone will be Loaded
• If a particular usage input cannot be cloned, only that record is error out
