Generates a CSV template for cart import.

https://rls.congacloud.com/api/cart/v1/carts/import/template

Returns a downloadable CSV file with the header row containing the correct columns based on the flow display configuration.

ProductCode and Product.Id are always included as mandatory columns.

If FlowName is not provided, the system flow is used by default.

Optional Fields:

request.FlowName - optional; if omitted, the system flow is used

TemplateName

Optional template name. When provided, template fields are fetched from
the revenue-admin API and used as the column source instead of display columns.
