delete https://rls.congacloud.com/api/cart/v1/carts//items
Deletes one or more line items associated with the cart ID passed in the parameter. Products cannot be deleted from a cart with Finalized, Superseded, or Deleted status.
If line items are removed from such a cart, the API returns an error.
