Promote a package to the target environment

Promotes a package to a target environment using the provided integration user's credentials (client ID and secret) and Release URI information.

Note: - Use the GET ​/api​/extensibility​/v2​/deployment​/package​/{name}​/info endpoint to get the Release URI. - For more information on how to create the integration user and get the client ID and secret, see the Adding Users topic.
