Hard delete users by criteria

https://rls.congacloud.com/api/user-management/v1/users/criteria/bulk

Permanently removes users that satisfy the specified criteria, up to 1,500 records per request. Only External and Community users who have never logged in can be deleted. Only the Id and ExternalId fields are supported in the criteria.

Criteria based request identifying the users to be permanently deleted. For example: Id in ('id1','id2') or ExternalId = 'externalId1'. NumberOfRecordsToDelete is optional, defaults to 1,500 and cannot exceed 1,500.

Criteria based request to hard delete User records.

Delete criteria for the User records. Only the Id and ExternalId fields are supported. For example: Id IN ('id1','id2').
