Publishes (CREATE) or re-publishes (UPDATE) the Salesforce WebLink for this solution. The solution is read from and written back to MySQL/TiDB; the WebLink is deployed via the Salesforce Metadata SOAP API (createMetadata/updateMetadata). The post-create record id and uniqueness checks use the Tooling REST query endpoint. CREATE vs UPDATE is decided by the stored ButtonBodyField. Salesforce authentication is required.
