Once using the DS7Preview flag set to 1, and a user has placed a potential merge job in the preview state,
this endpoint, alongside the corresponding correlation ID, can be used to accept said merge while it's in
the preview state. Accepting triggers PlatformComposer post-merge operations (output behavior / DS7 delivery
actions, save copy, activity/task creation, field updates, email, and any other legacy post-merge logic),
then dispatches IngressIbis-side work (destinations, sign, presign), fires billing, and completes the saga.
