Evaluate PlatformComposer feature flag for the given Salesforce Org Id. This endpoint is anonymous because we're applying Salesforce IP restriction rule in our WAF. It's very light endpoint used to evaluate LaunchDarkly feature flags and used currently during migration to PlatformComposer.
