Promotes a clause

This API promotes a marked clause from an agreement to the clause library to make that clause a part of the clause library's clause repository. Once the clause is available in the clause library, you can reuse the clause for that agreement record even after regenerating the document or can make the clause available for other agreements and users. To execute the API, you need to pass the required fields in the request body.
