Searches users by name or email ID, for adding as reviewers to inititiate review cycle for a contract. Provide the contractId, reviewType, and searchString. The API returns a list of users with their Id, Name, EmailID, RecipientType, and Role.

• For Simple Review, the endpoint searches users and contact data sources.
• For Microsoft 365 Review, the endpoint searches users, contact data sources, and Active Directory users.
